Fee-for-Service (FFS) arrangements:  For eligible participants, the Commonwealth Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) through your Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) provides the business with an employer incentive. JobSmart as your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) charges the business for the training delivery.

User Choice arrangements: For eligible participants, the Commonwealth Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) through your Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) provides the business with an employer incentive. In addition, the State Government Department of Education and Training (DET) provides funding to your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for the training delivery. JobSmart, as your RTO gets paid by DET.
