Quality Policy

We are a private provider of professional, nationally recognised and customised training supplemented by our specialised business consultancy business.

Our operations are based in Hervey Bay hence our focus in the Wide Bay-Burnett Region.  However, it is our policy to encourage business outside this region that is in line with our business goals.

This policy statement is issued to indicate the attitude of the JobSmart team towards optimum customer satisfaction through a structured quality management system based on AS9002 Quality Systems - model for quality assurance in production, installation and servicing.

As a Registered Training Organisation, we are committed to continuous improvement of all aspects of our operations.  We maintain our registration under the Australian Quality Training Framework, as specified by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR (DEEWR = Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations) - www.deewr.gov.au).  Through this framework, JobSmart agrees to operate in accordance with the key principles of mutual recognition to ensure that vocational education and training has a national effect.

In addition, JobSmart operates as a Supervising Registered Training Organisation with a User Choice Contract program.  As such, we operate within the legislation of the Vocational Education, Employment and Training (VET) Act 2000 and abide by the contract requirements, regulations and guidelines set down by the Department of Education, Training and the Arts (DETA - www.apprenticeshipsinfo.qld.gov.au).

It is important to our business that our work is carried out in the most efficient way possible and to assure our customers that we will deliver quality products and services on time, every time.  We have a management culture that ensures we react to the changing requirements of our customers.  Our team and its suppliers actively pursue the quest for optimum quality results.

This policy also seeks to highlight the commitment of the team to meeting quality, health and safety and environment responsibilities as the basis for the long-term success of our business as well as achieving job satisfaction.

We are committed to bringing a refreshing and dynamic approach to our business through innovative management techniques, incorporating quality principles into all our strategies.  In this respect, we all work together to give our customers the working solutions they require so they “keep coming back”.
